Reporting to the Senior Accountant and Finance Team Lead, you will be responsible for preparing revenue calculations, issuing invoices, and reconciling customer statements and reports. This

About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue sales invoices, ensuring accurate calculations and supporting documentation.
- Conduct detailed investigations and reconciliations to resolve discrepancies with customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Business Intelligence, and Legal teams to facilitate smooth revenue operations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring revenue records are accurate and complete.
- Prepare and distribute accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up with clients on outstanding balances to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Continuously review and enhance revenue accounting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Identify and recommend improvements to revenue recognition workflows, reporting systems, and internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors and assist in audit requests.
- Support the finance function in ad hoc requests and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
- Proven experience in a Revenue Accountant or similar role, ideally within the iGaming industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.
Nice to have
Experience working with an accounting package is considered to be an asset
