Onboarding Manager

About the role

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's commercial trajectory by ensuring that new partners and clients are smoothly integrated into our operations. You will work closely with various internal teams to develop and implement strategies that foster strong, long-term relationships, contributing to sustained revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of business strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Driving revenue growth through strategic partner relationships
  • Negotiate deals on behalf of the company to secure the most favorable terms with a focus on long-term partnerships
  • Oversee and manage the sales activities with existing partners, ensuring growth and strong ongoing relationships
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding of new customers
  • Work closely with the Integrations department to ensure smooth client integration processes
  • Manage the transition of new sales to the Account Management (AM) department to ensure continuity and client satisfaction
  • Evaluate the performance of existing partnerships to identify and implement opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct thorough market research analysis for new territories globally
  • Analyze operators' business needs and align them with the company's strategy, commercials, products and services
  • Collaborate on promotional strategies to improve the company's market presence and brand recognition
Requirements
  • At least three years in a similar position, preferably B2B
  • Strongly networked within the iGaming industry
  • Understanding of the B2B regulatory landscape
  • High level of understanding of the iGaming industry trends
  • Strong understanding of market research, analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in understanding and articulating product and service offerings
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, multi-tasking team player, energetic and positive
  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive initiatives independently
