About the role

​We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Accountant to join our finance team
within a fast growing and dynamic international gaming environment. The successful
candidate needs to have the ability to work independently and take ownership of delivering
accurate and timely monthly management accounts.​​​​

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end workings, trial balances, and full group management accounts
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations (including intercompany, bank, and fixed
  assets) while maintaining accurate accruals, prepayments, and other accounting
  schedules
• Manage VAT returns and Intrastat reporting
• Oversee bank accounts & liquidity reporting
• Review purchase invoices and prepare and authorise supplier payments
• Assist in variance analysis and liaise with other departments to obtain explanations
• Support statutory audits and other regulatory compliance requirements
• Identify financial inefficiencies and recommend financial process improvements

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
• 5+ years’ relevant experience
• Gaming industry experience is a plus
• Strong management reporting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills are essential
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and knowledge of Power
  BI are considered as assets
